1) Services

Next Tech Global SaaS provides custom software development, SaaS setup, maintenance, and related digital services. Deliverables are provided digitally.

2) Orders, quotes & scope

Work starts after a written proposal/SOW is accepted and the required payment is received. Scope changes are agreed in writing.

3) Payments

Payments may be collected via Stripe and/or Airwallex for invoices, deposits, or milestone payments. Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the invoice.

4) Delivery

Delivery is digital only (e.g., repository access, deployments, documentation, license keys). No physical shipping.

5) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive rights to the delivered work product for your business use. Third‑party software remains under its licenses.

6) Warranties & limitations

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care and otherwise “as is” as permitted by law. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for services in the last 3 months unless prohibited by law.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to develop or distribute illegal content or to facilitate fraud, phishing, malware, or harmful activities.
